My Site Host included an older version as part of the c-panel's fantastico feature of free scripts. Of course, since then, I've upgraded and am now using the latest 4a. Upgrades have been effortless, even though I've added lots of things.

Keep up the great work. Best forum around! :)

Been looking for BB and saw many paid and unpaid ones. And as always patience paid and I do not remember how but via Google I reached MiniBB and found the fact that they are as light as a bird very interesting. For me the code should be always light and active as a hummingbird. And now I need a Blog...anysuggestions..

I think, one step ahead - and it will be possible to turn miniBB into Blog with a couple of settings and advanced plugin. We already have a trademark - miniBBlog. It will follow very soon :) However, we recommend our colleagues from Wordpress - it's very popular and advanced platform for any kind of blogs.

Discussion continued in this thread - please do not discuss Blogging features here anymore.

Google search: free forum software - then I found it listed on a site that lists various forum software - the big board, I think it was called.
