miniBB 3.1.1 is now available for free under Downloads, and the Updates History file is updated correspondingly - you must follow the section below this file to properly upgrade your miniBB forum. Database upgrade is not required. Make a backup of your database and files before upgrading!

This version introduces small fixes/updates of the previous release, as well as a medium security fix (we appreciate advices and help from the Security Guards at Netsparker), and the option for keeping member's messages on the forum, while the member's account itself is being deleted (this could be only useful for forum owners, which are often requested to remove user's profiles by the users themselves). Inactive members are now also disallowed from restoring their passwords. More information could be found in the Updates History.

Post-update: some add-ons were updated amongst this release, too. Updates are not critical, but still, they are the following:

- Mobile Version and Forums Checker were fixed to have {$rheader} var instead of the direct "Location..." used in the 'header' function; since the update is not critical, the Mobile's package didn't change its version;

- File Bank and File Attachments add-ons now will have `if(!function_exists('getFileExt')){` statement prior to this function's declaration - it could be useful if both add-ons are installed, and then this function may conflict with the previously declared function in another add-on.

Most updates are like `header("Location...")` replaced to `{$rheader...}` I like this kind of details' managing.

With the new update is then probably this entry no longer necessary? Right?
