Change 'Subject' to say 'New Topic Subject'?

A serious question.

How can I change the 'Subject' line when starting a new topic to say 'New Topic Subject'?

Subject

A lot of our users have commented its hard to understand the sunject refers to a new topic, so I want to avoid any confusion.

A search of the templates has not shown a simple solution...

Try modifying "$l_topicTitle" found in your miniBB's language file.
