RSS add-on has been extended to have the following updates:
- now it consists of 2 files, resp.
rss.php and
rss_options.php. This allows to experiment with settings without touching the core script. For those running rss2.php version, there is a switch for .Apache's
.htaccess:
RewriteRule ^rss2\.php$ ./rss.php
- now it provides more sophisticated output for various sorting options, thus not allowing pre-moderated messages appearing in the final feed
- now it contains a new option called
$goLastPost which in combination with
$post_sort value equal to 1, will allow to go to the most recent message in the thread directly.
I appreciate ideas, motivation and investments of our customers from
W&P Care Training Forums and
E-Polemika, and we hope this version will give more joy to all of the free users.
