How do I add PHP code to footer?

I figured out how to add PHP code on my header file but how do I do it in the footer? Has anybody had succes with this?

If you mean to include non-miniBB .php file, then you need to include it in bb_plugins.php, so it stores an output to some {$variable}, then paste the {$variable} in main_footer.html template.

edit setup_options.php and uncomment the following line
//$includeFooter='footer.php';
Then create and add your php code to footer.php
