How to find forums ID, help needed !

I am a newbie, so sorry if this is a dumb question.
I wanted to make a forum read only by editing the options.
I eventually managed it, but my problem was that I could not understand how to find out a particular forums ID .
I have 4 forums and wanted to make the 4th in the list the read only forum, it turned out it's ID = 5 , probably because I had previously deleted a forum.

Could someone please enlighten me as to how I find out a forums ID, just so I know for the future.
