Align can be as you wish, some may happen:

<td class="caption1" colspan="3"> ......................................... </div><table width="100%"><td>{$deleteBox}</td><td><div align="right"><a href="#top">{$l_goUp}</a></div></td></table></td>

I do not think that it is very necessary option. Maybe someone you like.

It would be nice if you use our own File Bank for storing screenshots and attachments. Not free public sites.
