Disable new topics in certain forums?

I want only admin to post in certain topics. How can I do this, i can't find any such option, maybe im blind or its just not obvious enough ;)

Do you mean forums or topics finally?

For forums, check manual for Post-only forums. Only admin and moderators are allowed to post in such forums; other users may reply only. The same as in our News section here.
