Being logged as admin or moderator, click on "Edit" link of the first message in the topic, and the editing topic title will appear there.

If you want to allow topic authors editing their topic titles as well, option $usersEditTopicTitle of setup_options.php must be set to TRUE. Editing procedure is the same.

Is there a way to make the forum automatically change the titles to all caps after submission?

For example: user submits the following title

Only 3 more games left

and it changes it to:

ONLY 3 MORE GAMES LEFT

You may apply CSS attribute

style="text-transform: uppercase;"

to any href link which displays the topic title. For example, in templates/main_posts_cell.html you may add:

<a href="{$linkToTopic}" style="text-transform: uppercase;">{$topicTitle}</a>
