Well I'm "admin" on my forum, and i forgot my original password, so i tried to revover it and, it sent me my "confirmation mail" and i went to confirm it and it said, is OK, but when i try to login with the new password it doesnt work.

Am i lost?

do i have to reinstall all the miniBB?

Thanks in advance

Of course you are lost forever!!! The world ends when the pass is lost!

You'll never have new password neither an old one!

Your situation is terible! No forum, nothin' !!!

But you have one solution. See what's your pass in setup_options.php :)))

Ivan is right. Admin password, which is used on a site, is stored in setup_options.php Specially for memory problems like yours. Password in usual user's profile doesn't mean anything when we talk about Admin.
