Is it possible to make javascript embed into a posting?

I want to be able to embed javascript which will post a stock chart.

or is there a way to customize minibb to get this to work in a safe non intrusive manner?

Yes, it's possible. It should be kind of BB code, or anyway, something related to the safe conversion must come from bb_codes.php.
