How I move login and psw textboxs..

I want Login textbox and password textbox before new topic.
ex.
login ____ psw ___
::new topic

message

______________

I I

Try to use {$loginLogout} variable from main_post_form.html, inserting it into main_topics.html and main_posts.html 's form.
