Hello! The component of the notice on creation of a new theme on a forum is necessary. Whether is such?

It is not very complex to create your own theme. Just edit the css of your forum or create a new one to change the look of the colours and edit the files in your templates folder to change the html layout.

If for admin, read the manual...

If for everybody, there is no such kind of component. Pay us and we will program it.

Sorry, you have posted a lot of messages, which already discussed 100000 times, described in manual and so on. One more similar stupid question - and we will ban you IP.
