Is it possible for Admin to correct personal info?

Is it possible to correct personal of a user by admin? Some people do mistakes in their data :) If not, then it would be nice to add this feature.

All except the user's name is changeable through "Preferences" by the user himself.

In addition, you have the "Editing profiles" plugin in "Downloads".
