Lithuanian language pack updated

We appreciate the help of Žygimantas Žąsytis who has translated the most recent of miniBB (3.0.3) language pack to Lithuanian. Now we have replaced the outdated copy with this one. The version supplied provides the UTF-8 encoding.

Updated are also the Smilies add-on and Youtube code to have Lithuanian translations.

We have also updated the Compiler to embed the customizable language reference for YouTube solution; the same is provided in the standalone package of this add-on.
