Is there a simple way to add all mods to all forums as older versions?

Is there a simple way to add all mods to all forums as older versions - try to paste this little hack into the end of the language file:

$mods=array();
if($forum!=0) $mods[$forum]=array(MOD_USER_ID2,MOD_USER_ID2,...);

and remove $mods from bb_specials.php Should work!
