Paid-for addon PM Addon just goes to index.php

It doesn't redirect to the message form as normal.

I have been over everything 4 times.
Personal Messages Menu shows up.
Message Icon shows up.

But when I click on the message icon or on Personal Messages menu, it just redirects to the main page.

/index.php?action=pmail&step=sendmsg&userto=2

Just goes to > index.php

What could be the issue?

Nevermind I will just use the compiler to do it :)
