Post Only Forums with moderator ability to post new Topics?

Hello. Is it possible to have a Post only forums with moderator ability to post new Topics? I want to have a forum in witch only selected members could post new Topics and all other members could reply to them. Is it possible?

Great. I was thinking about this but it didnt worked for me that time. I tried that now and it worked.. Thank you very much.. (:
