Avatar forum doesn't show up upon sign up

my problem is that my avatar form will not appear when i sign-up..

i dnt know how to fix it...

pls help..

This form won't appear when you sign up, it's not a bug and it can't be improved.

On the first page of this thread you can read why. Please do not repeat what's already discussed.
