Iīve installed today this great forum and Iīve a question.
Why some users appear with the undername of "Member" and others doesnīt say anything?

It means that they are not members, they are guest/anonymous posters such as yourself on this forum.

It happened to me at the begining and it took me time to discover why. It was because I had changed in the SQL data base the ID number of the user in the table of users but not in the posts one. So this didnīt liked so much to the forum and it didnīt appear the title Member. But after reviewing all the correspondances iduser in the table of posts everything is ok.
