Approve Posts before they are publicly visible?

I'd like the functionality where I have to approve posts before they are visible? Does miniBB have this functionality? I've seen no reference to it, but it seems a simple thing to have.

It's not really simple thing to have, but miniBB has the paid plugin for it:
