New plugin: RSS; "news" plug-in updated

Finally, a long-awaited RSS plug-in for miniBB 2 series came up. Now, you can also read miniBB news through RSS:

http://www.minibb.com/forums/rss2.php

"First page news" plug-in updated, so it now displays poster's name and post's date, if necessary, from the POSTS table, not TOPICS.

i think if you post the upgarde note here for RC1d to RC1e or something like that it is more easy for us to decide whether to download the latest version or not.

sorry for this kind of suggestion.

This is specially done for that things :) And "News & Announcements" section, too. We'll post anything new that appears in this section, and you'll see it in RSS.
