miniBB 1.7 released!

miniBB 1.7 released! Beginning from version 1.7, miniBB has no php skins and ./skins directory. All colors and former skin info is stored in bb_default_style.css file in CSS 2 format. Having new CSS templates boosted miniBB - it's faster now, plus some CSS advantages result in less traffic for your site as we don't need to define every color and border in the HTML format now. Also all templates in ./templates dir have been updated to conform W3C HTML 4.01 standard - this means better. And finally we boosted our mySQL module (MSSQL and PostgreSQL modules were updated as well), which means more speed from the database. So miniBB 1.7 is faster, traffic and server load is lower, plus it meets all W3C standards. Please, read carefully our upgrade manual before upgrading your stuff!!!
