Public Turing Test Authorization

Hi, I've got an easy question: when posting something in the test forum, the poster has to make the "Public Turing Test Authorization" (i. e. enter a randomly generated, graphically displayed code in order to prevent automated flodding). How is the PlugIn for this feature called? I really want to install it in the board.
