How to edit forum?

I'm a little new in php but I pretty much mastered html. I don't know where or how to edit the forum. Could someone help me a bit.

What do you mean by "edit forum", and how PHP/HTML matters there?

When miniBB is installed, go to admin panel and then click on "Edit forums"...
