How to automatically display the only one category's topics?

Hey all,
I'm hoping someone might be able to help me out here. The forum that I'm running is only going to have one category. Because it's only one category, I'd rather have the index page display that by default instead of "recent discussions" and the category name.

I tried to look around the index.php file but I haven't touched PHP in years and got lost almost instantly haha.

Thank you in advance for any help,
Mike

Modify setup_options.php and set

$viewTopicsIfOnlyOneForum=1;
