When someone posts a long url on my site it adds a space after the 85th char? Here is the link someone posted and you can see what it does after the 0 http://arstechnica.com/news.ars/post/20080109-sysadmin-tries-fails-at-being-l337-hax0r-gets-jail-time.html

Fixed it $post_word_maxlength=85;

The space is added because that way the big sentence will not break your page's layout....Anyway that's the right solution to enlarge the value of $post_word_maxlength.
