This new forum looks damn good in a Drupal Theme! What you think Paul?

The minibb seems a bit complicated at first with more files that appears necessary - or so it seems - but you can quickly see the sequence of files and easily alter them to any template you like.

(Paul): yes it looks very good and I think it should be so in any wide template ;-) However I would still recommend to make number of recent posts larger... left column with recent posts should go down below the right column with forums. Else it has a lot of empty space which actually is not good. This was also mine idea when I thought about such layout model.

Hello.

This one is for adults only. It's not a porn site but a spoof adult news site linking to porn - you have been warned :)

There are a couple of things left to do but I'm pretty much there with the implentation. It was a pleasure working with miniBB - so easy. And I love the no-nonsense approach.

As you can see the board fits very nicely into my site's template. All I had to do is add my headed and footer code, a link to my existing stylesheets and change the width of miniBBs table. All the rest were cosmetic changes.

Here is my new DAoC Video Forum. A bit different as I am adding videos by inserting code directly into the database (divx streaming code). Also there are quite a few very neat addons, such as:

Smilies
Member Listing
Spell Checking
Captcha
Preview
Registered Only Forums (Video Forums)
Private Messaging
RSS Feed from just one Forum (Admin Forum) to a RSS Scroller
Integration with a UK Shopping script (using an iframe)
Additional search drop down menus
Flash Chat incorporated into a post using direct code into database
Very soon a multi-chain drop down menu that will emulate the Forum categories but will break each down to contents and direct video post links.

All in all a pretty comprehensive minibb package! All made out of a theme that was created out of a downloaded yahoo email!

What is the chance of being added to the Showcase section? There are a few hundred posts now and 59 members (in just a few days)?

at the first .. Minibb is a very good Software, it works fine the last 4 years on my Website. This mornig now i have updatet from 1.7d to the new Version and i hope it works fine. The Update was an easy Job, thanks to the Supportforum here.

Came back to miniBB and it took about an hour to install, including all the headers & footers.

Hi, I will like to know your opinion about the integration of the forum in my site . The page is in Spanish. Main Page Forum Main Honestly, not really professional layout as it could be (but still, good job for a beginner!). Despite of that, miniBB fits perfectly, as you see. Nice!
