Can't open setup_options.php

Everything is working fine on forum exceptthat i can't open setup_options.php, i just get a white blank screen! Anyone?

Are you opening it from browser??? Ha! Of course, you will see the blank screen :) You need to edit setup_options by hand, of course (in Notepad as mentioned, or somewhere else).
