Permission for regular users to create forum

How do I configure miniBB so that each registered user will be allowed to create forums? Thank you

By default in miniBB, only forums administrator can add, edit and delete forums. This is our concept.

What you request could be implemented on the custom add-on level still. If you have a budget to develop it, contact us ;-)
