Forums Main Title and Subtitle

Can I amend my forum to the above format with main titles and subtitles?

http://www.minibb.com/forums/index.html

I want to make a table row "Test Forums" according to the above link, look like a main title, and "qwerty" is a subtitle. How can I make the Main title??

Login as admin and create Forum Supertitles ("Edit Forum" link in Admin Panel).
