Hello.
I want to display a specific username with a link to his/her profile in a template html file.
How to do that?

I want to put something in the header like:

- if you have any questions regarding subject1, please ask $GLOBALS['cols'][0]==21
- if you have any questions regarding subject2, please ask $GLOBALS['mods']

or something like "$GLOBALS['user_id']==7", etc
