miniBB version 2.0 RC4c released - quick fix of possible seekurity bug

Fixed index.php from both 1.x (1.7g now) and 2.x (2.0 RC4c) series packages now includes fix of possible vu1nerability bug. This is not a top security hole, and it could be executed in rare cases; however, everybody is welcomed to upgrade their version.
