[suggestion] ignore posts from some users

If I do not wont to see posts from some users... I can create a list with this users... so called 'ignore-list'.

I think it is a spare feature and what we have already by default could cover it:

a) Ban /disable the unwanted user and you will not his/her posts anymore;

b) Purchase pre-moderation addon where posts by certain users may be suspended until they are accepted by administrator.
