It's slow, because you are on China connection, and we are based in US.

The "bug" is around $post_word_maxlength setting under setup_options.php. For the language which should not be split into smaller words, increase it's value, let's say, to 1000, or I don't know how many characters the Chinese word could have. For our board we have set it to 85. That's why long Chinese phrases may be splitting like shown above. But we accept only English for our board, that's why we don't need it more.
