Russian language

A question about russian language pack
I installed it. All interface is in russian, but when i create new topic in russian letters it displays like "???????".

What i'm doing wrong?

It's a question related to encoding set in language pack and your database. It must be the same.

Most probably you will need to set up the forums in UTF-8 mode to avoid such problems.
