How to use our own login system?

How do we remove the existing login system and use my own instead?
The case is like I already have login for website and I want to introduce a small discussion board in it. So I would only let my registered user use the forum and hence I do want to make them login again with new set of id and pwd. Is there any way to avoid making them login again?

Yes, miniBB could be adopted to any external login system, if it's compatible. Please read our synchronization guide.
