How to create a new page in the forums directory that uses the php codes

I want to create a new page that will take information from the forum php, like for example, username, registration date, etc. is this possible?

ive already added member list with success. which clarifies my question. i want to make another page, within the forum directory, that has nothing to do with the forum, but handles the php from the forum to output names and stuff.
