for my country time, the date got back :?

today is 27 Dec ! but forum date is 26 Dec ! ? ,,, how can i fix it ?

I don't know why you are surpised? You put -12.5 hours difference so it's logical the date will show the previous day (for several hours a day).

now time is 12:00 , its going 12:00 PM

Your questions are very vague, to say at least. I can say:

Now time is 2:00 and it shows 2:00 PM
