Integrating with existing user login system

Hi,

I'm about to integrate miniBB with a home grown CMS which uses it's own user session management (using PHP sessions).

Before I start picking my way through miniBB's code, I was wondering whether anyone has done this, or has any tips which might make things easier for me.

Very nicely coded BB - thanks to those who wrote it.

Probably, soon we will release additional release of miniBB 1.7c or something where support of PHP sessions will be included (optionally).
