(1) Where Do I find the Bad word filter list
(2) Is There a way I can get Notified each time someone post to the forum?

1) you get it from the Downloads section of minibb.com:
http://www.minibb.com/download.php?file=minibb_plugin_badwords
2) the miniBB Manual is your friend. Look for: $emailadmin=1;
