Author of post links to profile?

I'll try and explain this as simple as i can. hopefully you understand what I mean.

I was wondering if it is possible to add a link to the profile of the member displayed in the author column of the board? Currently it just displays the poster name, and it would be of use to myself if you could click on the author and be directed to his/her profile.
