Admin panel 404 Not Found error

I installed everything correctly (i think) and then i opened the admin panel and tried to create a forum, that tried to do the function but ended up taking me to the common "HTTP Error 404 Not Found" . Ive tried reinstalling the forum, but that didnt work, please help. Im using 000webhost.com and my site that i only started the other day can be found here, the Forum link does not work.

just a side note, all the other php files' functions work correctly eg index.php?action=userinfo&user=1

Make sure the filename you have specified under $bb_admin setting of setup_options.php really exists under your forums folder. Actually the error means what it says: a missing file. Follow the URL path and try to conclude what exactly file is missing.

But i can get to http://www.justmoose.co.cc/forum/ADMINFILEHERE.php its just with the function on top "action=addforum1" it doesnt work. So the url is fine i think...

Make sure $bb_admin contains a question mark at the end.
I.e. $bb_admin='ADMINFILEHERE.php?';

ah thank you, i think that was it, sadly i cant check at the moment because my website is under review, but ill let you know if that works when i can, so other people with this problem know what to do.

People with such problem and with many others just should read miniBB manual ;-)

$bb_admin = 'bb_admin.php?'; Admin panel FILENAME - we strongly recommend you to rename default bb_admin.php (administrative file) in a root directory to something else, for security reasons. Parameter must contain question mark at the end.
