I have a user who has forgotten their password. We have tried using the forgotten password link, and it appears to work ("New password was sent to your email. Follow instructions in the letter") , but the email never arrives.
I have tried this on a test user and get the same problem. I have looked a the manual and I think the email settings are right, but I don't find it completely clear, so here are the current email settings:
I know the board can send emails, as I get the 'new user registered' emails.
