Testing Strategies

I was wondering what steps do you take when you are testing your bulletin board? What sort of things do you test exactly to try and find all possible bugs? What kind of test data do you use? That sort of thing..

I guess, this is our secret strategy :)
But anyway, when developing something, we just split hard exercise to small simple steps. Then we just put board to test on "real" site - and if everything goes ok, we just release it.
That's all :)
