my closed forum isn't working

Here's my bb_specials.php file.
It isn't doing anything ...

$clForumsUsers[2]=array(1); ///Martha


$roForums=array();

It should be:

$clForumsUsers[1]=array(2);

I didn`t realize that the forum
shows up in the page table, but is
then inaccessible to non-members.

I thought that closing a forum
would make its existence invisible.

That`s why I didn`t know.
