Forums Main Title and Subtitle

Can I amend my forum to the above format with main titles and subtitles?

I want to make a table row "Test Forums" according to the above link, look like a main title, and "qwerty" is a subtitle. How can I make the Main title??

Login as admin and create Forum Supertitles ("Edit Forum" link in Admin Panel).

what if we want something like:
supertitle: PHOTOVOLTAIC
sub of photovoltaic: COUNTRY
sub of country: STATE
sub of state: CITY

It's not available in miniBB. miniBB supports only primary forum titles and possibly super-titles which appears as the headings to some forums unified by logics. We don't support categories, sub-categories and sub-sub categories. It's mini.
