email error on new member

hi its me again the second problem i have is when somebody tries to create a new "account" he will get the follwoing error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mail() in /users/iwebland.com/5tmt/tmt/bb_functions.php on line 257

but he will be able to log in on the forums with the information he have

can u help me ?

Set

$genEmailDisable=1;

in setup_options.
Your PHP, probably, is compiled w/o mail, so you can not send emails from the board.
