Who's online add-on updated: added hiding online status, and online indication in threads

Who's online add-on has been hugely updated recently to have 2 major functions:

- Allowing members to hide their online status, specifying the proper setting under the Profile;

- Allowing to display online status in each thread, showing an icon near username.

Those options are independant and may be installed separately. The add-on keeps the older possibility to NOT enable those options as well (keeping the simple output of Who's online box visible to everyone). They are optional on your own choice. They are not core-destructive.

Study README.txt file for more details, how to apply the new changes (if you think you would need them of course ;-).

Add-ons code has been polished as well, now Language definitions are separated from the main script, and the HTML output has been moved to bb_plugins.php code, so it may be adjusted without touching the main core script.

If you go for the newest update, we recommend just to re-install the add-on, following updated instructions. You may keep the older version of addon_whosonline_data.php since it won't affect the new algorithms.

Both functions are enabled to test on our demo forums.

Cheers go to our Moscow partners from Jack Russell Terrier club, for the given idea and a kind sponsorship of it.

Enjoy! :-)
