Some new solutions: Gender + Determine fields tool

Coming from a custom implementations, there are 2 new scripts now:

1) Solution of how to implement Gender field in profile - non-core-destructive, based on "User Info in posts" feature, built-in miniBB;

2) "Determining fields" - a simple script which displays field indexes for those, who are adding/customizing new fields in miniBB's user's profile, or synchronizing miniBB with another software.
